Test Systems
Nexjen Systems has the expertise and resources to design, build and verify complete test systems. In addition to design space for our experienced engineering team, our 50,000 sq/ft facility houses a large manufacturing area and test lab. Turnkey Test Systems developed by Nexjen Systems incorporate leading edge DAQ and control hardware to provide highly accurate product under test performance data. The Nexjen Systems CoreTM is the foundation for all of our test system software applications and leverages years of test software application development experience focused on reliable, repeatable test execution and high quality test data analysis. Individual test system architecture can be leveraged into an enterprise test platform that insures test consistency horizontally across clients’ product lines, and vertically from design to production test.
Test Engineering
The Nexjen Systems Team is made up of degreed engineers with real-world, test, measurement and automation system integration experience. They continue to expand their knowledge from new projects which expose them to new test requirements and innovative test solutions. We have applied these test engineering practices to a range of structured services including Test Platform Development, Test Execution, Design Verification and Pre-Conformance Testing. Each of these services is geared towards saving our clients’ time and increasing the likelihood that their product development efforts are successful.
Test Software Development and Consulting
Nexjen Systems test software applications are developed using the LabVIEW and TestStand programming environments. LabVIEW is the industry leading software platform for test and measurement system development due in large part to its ability to integrate with a tremendous range of control, data acquisition and sensor hardware and to perform advanced analysis and real-time display of test data through a customized interface.
For Automated Functional Test Systems that perform a variety of test routines TestStand performs test management and creates a simple pass/fail operator interfaces for fast, repeatable production test execution. Every member of the Nexjen Team holds a LabVIEW development and training certifications with several LabVIEW and TestStand certified architects on staff. As a result, we are able to offer test software development and consulting services that range from application development to providing a developer onsite at the client location to supplement the client’s internal test engineering team.
