  Test Platform Development

  An effective Test Platform creates an architecture that can be expanded horizontally across a product family and vertically as products migrate from development to production.  Clients who use our Test Platform Development Services significantly improve the consistency of internal test engineering activities. Implemented at the front end of a test engineering project, we work with clients to create a roadmap that includes each product test stage from development to production, insuring that software and hardware platforms remain consistent and test data is appropriately detailed and informative at each stage.

  Test Execution

  Nexjen Systems’ Test Execution Services provide outsourced electrical and wireless device testing for clients who do not have the internal resources to perform detailed design verification. With a team of trained test technicians supported by Nexjen engineers and a large, well-equipped test lab, we can provide detailed, in-house product testing and customized data reports to enhance clients’ product development efforts. During Test Execution we work with clients to develop an effective test architecture for production testing, and can deliver a customized system to meet those needs, or connect them with our partners for contract manufacturing/production testing.

  Design Verification Test

  Design Verification testing is performed during product development to validate prototypes against performance specifications and technical standards. Nexjen Systems’ Design Verification Test Services allow clients to leverage our test experience to significantly shorten product development cycles and reduce the number of internal test engineering resources needed during the most resource intensive phase of a product’s lifecycle.  Services include working with clients to specify the most accurate and cost-effective test hardware for their application, delivering a LabVIEW application that the client can modify and build on, or delivering a complete test system.

  RFID Pre-Conformance Test

  With decades of experience, Nexjen Systems is a leading integrator of wireless device test systems.  Our LabVIEW based RFID tag and reader certification systems have been adopted by certification laboratories for their internal use. As a result, clients who use our in-house RFID Pre-Conformance Test Services minimize investment in pre-conformance testing and reduce certification time and expense by increasing the likelihood that conformance testing will be successful the first time.  Our large, in-house test facility has dedicated test space and equipment for each client’s product, insuring confidentiality and efficient test turn-around. As an alternative to in-house testing we can provide calibrated RFID pre-conformance Test Systems to clients for their internal use.
